- Introduce water harvesting pond as means/source of irrigation during the long spell drought.
- Improve and diversify on-farm livelihood options of resource poor families.
- Enhance household food security and income through diversified, market oriented vegetable production.

- Users group will be formed and actively participate in planning, construction and pond management activities.
- Ponds with capacity of 18,000 litres, 72,000 liters and 180,000 liters constructed.
