With over a decade of experience in result-driven project management within the livelihood and climate change sectors, Mr. Timsina has established himself as a seasoned professional adept at driving impactful initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at FORWARD Nepal since October 2023, he plays a pivotal role in project implementation, budget management, and mobilization of project staff. His expertise extends to supporting project staff for quality assurance, donor compliance, and outcome-based report writing, ensuring effective project monitoring and feedback provision.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Timsina served as a Project Coordinator at ADRA Nepal, leading the "Local Initiatives to Reduce the Impacts of Climate Change (LIRIC)" project from September 2022 to October 2023. Here, he spearheaded initiatives such as Climate Friendly School (CFS) implementation and facilitated partner organizations in adopting climate-smart technologies and sustainable practices. As a Market System Specialist at CIMMYT - International, Mr. Timsina contributed to the "Cereal System Initiatives for South Asia (CSISA)" project from January 2022 to September 2022.
